WHAT IS IT?

The Status Solution online program is a multi-level, interactive experience that is rich in leadership tools, skills and strategies. The tools are intended to enhance and strengthen your current leadership skills, while simultaneously creating competency in skill sets where you may be struggling. The strategies are designed to help you build high-status work environments: environments that support and inspire everyone in your work group. Once you learn to leverage both the tools and your enhanced leadership skills, the creative, high-energy environments that you build will then become part of your work life legacy.

WHAT WILL THE TIME COMMITMENT BE?

The program is designed so that everyone can work at their own pace, even if there are a number of you enjoying the program simultaneously. The situational videos (short vignettes illustrating specific work challenges) are less than ten minutes long, and the workbook exercises are time efficient as well. High achievers can power through the program in only sixty minutes per level. But we recommend that you take your time, enjoy the experience, and get the full value from each tool, skill, and strategy. You can do that with a time commitment of only twenty minutes per day.

HOW WILL I TRACK MY PROGRESS?

Each level has a built-in tracking algorithm. Plus, the Peer Group Round Table you create will help you stay motivated and accountable. But the program is fun, and you won’t have any trouble being motivated to move through the levels. Plus, you can repeat any element or exercise as many times as you like, in order to develop excellence in that particular strategy or skill. Additionally, you can reach out to the creators of the program, Scott Eck and Jim Deken, and they can give you a personal assessment of where you are in your leadership journey. No additional charge.
